    桂圆银耳莲子羹

    1.原料:银耳、桂圆、莲子、枸杞、冰糖、水。用量都是适量,这次忘了称重,下次补上。
     
    2.做法:
            银耳水发,去掉硬根,撕碎。
            桂圆干用水浸软,如果是带核桂圆则去核。
            莲子浸软后一分为二,枸杞浸软。
     
            将所有原料制高压锅内,加水。加盖大火煮开,落阀,小火。冒气后15分钟即可关火。
            冷却后即可食用。
     
    3.注意事项:使用高压锅有风险,须在熟练掌握用法之后方可。
     
    4.点评:银耳、莲子、冰糖主阴性凉,枸杞、桂圆主阳性温热。一同制成汤羹则阴阳调和,益气补中,令内火沉降、寒气驱散,最适合初夏食用。
